Pass Through: A 90-Day Transformative Weight Loss and Vitality Plan

Embark on a 90-day journey to revitalize your overall well-being and achieve significant weight loss. Commit to eliminating or significantly reducing the indulgence trio—dairy, refined foods, and 'white' sugar—as follows:



  1. 1. Dairy: Bid farewell to all dairy products including cheese and animal milk to enhance respiratory health by clearing mucus and blockages in the nose and oral passages.


  2. 2. Refined Foods: Say no to bread, pasta, flour, wheat, fried, bakery, or battered foods, reducing inflammation, bloating, and shedding excess weight.


  3. 3. 'White' Sugar: Eliminate 'white' sugar from carbonated beverages, alcohol, candy, chocolate, and juices. This step promotes detoxification, aiding in weight loss.


  4. Generally, any food packaged or containing more than 3-5 ingredients is likely counterproductive to achieving a transformative impact on health. Refraining from pork and shellfish is always spiritually beneficial.

Embrace a nourishing diet crafted by the natural design of G-d, eating from foods He has provided. Follow what I call the "Manna Rule"—eat only what you need for the day, no more and no less, just as G-d instructed the Israelites in the wilderness (Exodus 16:16–18). Trust Him to satisfy your daily needs without excess, nurturing both physical health and spiritual reliance.

Gladly enjoy and nourish yourself with foods such as:

    • Fruits

    • Rice

    • Potatoes

    • Grains

    • Oats

    • Nuts

    • Beef

    • Fish

    • Poultry

    • Vegetables


From my experience I have notice the following when I practice this 90-Day Transformation plan.

  • Day 30: Experience remarkable improvements in overall health and an initial boost in weight loss.
  • Day 60: Observe a noticeable increase in fitness levels and continued weight loss.
  • Day 90: Revel in a profound sense of restoration, fitness, vitality, and significant weight loss.


Fasting: For optimized weight loss, gut girth reduction, and deeper restoration, consider mindfully reducing your intake of fruits and starches. Additionally, incorporating a weekly fast—from sundown to sundown—not only honors your body and supports healing, but also mirrors the faithful rhythms of fasting found throughout Scripture, helping to accelerate your transformation.
Pulse and Purpose: The Power of an Elevated Heart Rate: For even greater acceleration toward fitness and detoxification, aim to elevate your heart rate through exercise for 15 to 45 minutes at least three times per week. You’ll know your heart rate is properly exerted when you can feel your pulse distinctly with your fingertips—either on your throat or under your palm on your wrist. Regular movement not only speeds weight loss but also strengthens the body’s natural healing and cleansing processes.
Beverages: Water is your best option for hydration. If needed, you can also enjoy non-sweetened tea, coffee, plant based milk, and select clean protein powder. When looking for a touch of sweetness, consider natural options like agave nectar.
Tapering into and out of the 90-Day Transformation Plan is essential for lasting success. Gradually reduce dairy, refined foods, and white sugar in the weeks before starting, rather than cutting everything at once. Likewise, after completing the plan, slowly reintroduce richer foods to protect your progress and avoid shocking your system. Quick changes in either direction can cause unnecessary stress on your body. A gentle transition honors the healing process and sets you up for long-term health.
Progressive Benefits: Individual outcomes may differ due to variations in dietary discipline, exercise routines, and overall bodily functions. For optimal results, I recommend strict adherence to The Pass Through plan for one quarter of every year—three months consecutively. Additionally, strive to maintain it as your foundational diet for the rest of the year as much as possible.
