I have a loved one involved in a same sex relationship, and has referred me to many "scholarly" and "well researched" points of view defending same sex relationships. I have studied this for myself, not taking anyone's opinion, using original Greek and Hebrew, including context. I see clear flaws in these studies, their opinions being used to turn scripture to their side of the debate. Because I love this one with all my heart, I didn't take this study lightly. After looking at the original Greek and Hebrew in context, I can have no other choice but to be fully convinced that same sex relationships are a sexual perversion of Gods purpose and plan, and that this must be turned away from to find wholeness. Yes, there are homosexuals who love God, and are indeed Christians, just as a Christian can choose to lie and steal and be an adulterer. There is forgiveness and hope for all this, and the love of God will heal and restore what has been broken. May the body of Christ love these ones with God's love, back into wholeness, in the mighty Name of Jesus.
