A Name is a Reflection of Purpose

A name is a word or a combination of words by which a:
- person
- place
- thing
- body
- class
- or any object of thought
is designated, called, or known (dictionary.com)

A name is code for the longer explanation of why something or someone exist including:
- who
- what
- why
- when
- where
- how

Therefore a name is a reflection and a summary of purpose

purpose - the reason for which something exists or is done, made, used, etc.
reason - a basis or cause, as for some belief, action, fact, event, etc
cause - a person or thing that acts, happens, or exists in such a way that some specific thing happens as a result; the producer of an effect (Dictionary.com)

Hence a name is a summary of purpose and purpose is a response to a cause (consider this video especially 1:45 - 3:05).  Let us reflect on the following statements from King Jesus:

"You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it" John 14

"And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” Mark 16

Why then when we believers call upon Christ Jesus name in all forms of expression including oral request do we not commonly see the fruit of miracles fully and consistently witness by Jesus disciples.  I believe it is rooted in the fact that our souls are not in alignment with Christ Jesus reason for existence.  Our lives must mirror the purpose of who Jesus is and how we fit in with his purpose.

At present I have many unanswered questions regarding the obtainment of the level of faith Christ Jesus stated we are to achieve.  However there are three facts I am confident believers must embrace in order to maintain the journey of our calling:

1) in order to fully activate the name of Christ Jesus, we must know our name.  For example a child cannot fully accept the love of his mother if he does not know or accept his name (purpose) as her son.  A woman cannot properly love her husband if she is not aware of her name (purpose) as a wife.  In the same likeness the people of God must know their name in order to activate the name of Christ Jesus.  Without a strong conviction of our purpose our spiritual work is in vein.  The name and ultimate call of a higher functioning believer is Immortal Master of Creation - Ruler over Demons

2) we must learn what prayer truly is and raise the practice of prayer to our highest priority

3) our prayer will cause us to explore scripture and will eventually guide us to embrace The Harp which is the instrument of our worship found in Revelations chapters 2 and 3

What is Prayer?

Simply stated, prayer is the connection between God and mankind.  The Father God does not intervene on heavenly or earthly affairs without the support of prayer.

Meaning  -  Prayer or connection between God and man cycles between two phases.  Communion comes first and then communication, this process should cycle continuously without ceasing.

Communion (our consumption of God) is the development of our being to become increasingly in line with the nature of what God has called us to be.  Therefore communion is the consumption of God through various modes of contemplation including learning, ministry, prophecy, reading scripture, debate, discussion, thinking, etc.  Assuming one has access to the Holy Bible, the single limiting factor to communion is time.  The enemy does all he can to distract us from developing the practice of contemplation.  Re 1:11

Communication (Gods consumption of us) is Gods consumption of our sacrifices to Him.  There are several channels of communication with God: worship, intercession, fasting, ministry, giving, gratefulness, etc.  In any case all communication to God is presented through one gate which is faith.  The extent of our faith is limited to our communion with God.  The highest level of faith is found in Revelation 2 & 3 otherwise referred to as The Harp, aka The Seven Lamps or Spirits of God.  The cornerstone of our faith is purity and the capstone is understanding.

The joint effort of communion and communication strengthen each other causing an output of greater abilities and ultimately a greater relationship (connection) with God.  Furthermore communion builds belief (conviction) and communication is belief expressed; which is faith (persuasion).  Therefore our faith is limited by our belief, which is limited by our communion.  Jn 14:12; Mt 17:20

The Complexity of the Bible

Although The Holy Bible is the most sacred creation of all things given to us on earth it is wrought with complexity.  Listed below are a few reasons why it can be complicated to navigate through scripture:

- their are over 40 versions of the Bible
- it's author is the Holy Spirit
- the entire Bible has nearly 775,000 words, making it ten times longer than an average book
- the average word count for books ranges 50 - 100K, 120K would be considered long
