The History and Significance of John the Baptist

John was
- preach or herald or preaching or to an official messenger bringing news

- the theme of his God given message was “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near".  In other words to accept the kingdom of heaven one must let go of something else.

- he preached from the wilderness of Judea.  People from hundreds of miles ranging from Jerusalem, all Judea and the whole region of the Jordan came to him for ministry.  John was a ministry with national attraction. It appears John the Baptist held his ministry in a stationary location and people were drawn to him.  In contract Jesus traveled hundreds of mile.  The primary purpose of John the Baptist was God calling the people to repentance.  Therefore most everyone that came to John for ministry had to take a long journey away from their homes which is a reflection of the primary spiritual journey God required of the region before Jesus was to come to Earth.

- a big credit to the arrival of Jesus has to be given to the people that agreed with John and they were hungry.  They went out of there way to aggressively ask God into their lives

- Isaiah prophesied about John purpose some 800 years before John was born when he said “A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.’”  John is the voice of one who calls in the wilderness

- John’s clothes were made of camel’s hair, and he had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.  In other words John made a lifestyle of practical yet high quality product.

- John the Baptist was a man of humility and order.  His statement to Jesus in letting him know he was not worthy to baptize was an act of humility.  It was true Jesus is John's and everyone else's superior in every way and the baptism for repentance which Jesus did not require.  But to keep in line with Seder Jesus submitted himself to God's plan for every person.  Our Lord Jesus and our great elder John the Baptist are men of humility and order

- John was given therefore the great privilege of anointing Christ Jesus to the highest role that has or ever will be given to any being from God.  God the Father said the first and last statement written in the New Testament saying “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

- John and his disciples were a team that fast together.  We are also to fast since the bridegroom is not with us in body

- According to Jesus John was strong in heart full of conviction, as expressed earlier a man who dressed modestly in practical measure.  John came in the spirit of Elijah who had greatness that exceeded that of the standard spirit of prophet.  John had the prophet plus anointing on him.  He came in the spirit of Elijah.

-  John came neither eating much food nor drinking wine.  John's diet was very clean, light, and efficient.  He was most like very slim due to his diet and fasting.  Meaning his physical body lived much by Spirit

- "John was a lamp that burned and gave light" John 5:35

- Jesus places significance on character of heart and the willingness to help others shape their character of heart than he does the performance of miracles  John 5:36; John 10:40-42

- for he will be great in the sight of the Lord Luke 1

- ever to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born

- He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God

- he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah

- to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous
—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord

The only sermon on record for John the Baptist the High Word of the entire Bible from Old Testament to til his death:

“A person can receive only what is given them from heaven. 28 You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.’ 29 The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. 30 He must become greater; I must become less.”

31 The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. 33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.

All the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John.
John the Baptist is the Elijah who was to come
And from the days of John the Baptist until Jesus, the city of BHM had been subjected to violence.
Violent people had been raiding BHM.

All the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John the Elijah.
And from the days of John the Elijah until Jesus, heaven had been subjected to violence.  Violent people had been raiding heaven.

Interpretation
perhaps from the time John was born to the moment of Jesus statement here violent people violently raided heaven   Mt 11

Sorcerers the Practice of Magic Arts

According to the following Biblical scriptures sorcerers are those that practice magic arts.  They stand in opposition to the will of God and the practice has the worse consequence associated with those acts.

Babylon...By your magic spell all the nations were led astray
- Revelation 18:23

...the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts (sorcerers), the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death
- Revelation 21:8

“Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. 15 Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts (sorcerers), the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood
- Revelation 22:14-15

From my understanding the biblical definition of a sorcerer or person engaged in the practice of magic art is one who seeks and channels supernatural force outside of the name and will of Jesus Christ.  Magic is the opposite of prayer.  Prayer transfers the will and power of Christ Jesus from heaven to earth.  Conversely magic is the transfer of the will and power of the kingdom of darkness to the sorcerers of the earth.

A spell, charm or hex is a set of words, spoken or unspoken, which are considered by its user to invoke some magical effect

A curse tablet or binding spell is a type of curse found throughout the Greco-Roman world, in which someone would ask the gods, place spirits, or the deceased to perform an action on a person or object, or otherwise compel the subject of the curse.

The Hellenistic period (roughly the last three centuries BCE) is characterized by an avid interest in magic, though this may simply be because from this period a greater abundance of texts, both literary and some from actual practitioners, in Greek and in Latin remains. In fact many of the magical papyri that are extant were written in the 1st centuries of the Current Era, but their concepts, formulas and rituals reflect the earlier Hellenistic period, that is, a time when the systematization of magic in the Greco-Roman world seems to have taken place—particularly in the ‘melting pot’ of varying cultures that was Egypt under the Ptolemies and under Rome.[original research?]

Acts 19:18-20 New International Version (NIV)

18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. 19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas. 20 In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power.

According to Revelation 18:23 Babylon The Great, anti-Holy Spirit, speaks magic spells that lead all the nations astray.  One prayer, John's Prayer, breaks her curse  When spoken it provides immunity from all evil spoke against us and aligns us with the divine purposes of God.

The is the John's Prayer otherwise know as the Lord's Prayer:

Scripture Mix from
Matthew 5:1-2; Luke 11:1-4; Matthew 6:5-15;

Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down to pray in a certain place.  When he finished his disciples came to him, and one of them said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” he began to teach them.

“This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

Life to the Helpless brings Life to the 'gods'

God presides in the great assembly and he renders three critical judgments.

ONE: You are a god

Every man and woman is a “god” and all are sons of the Most High.  Christ Jesus whom is the embodied word of God stated and reinforced this fact when he echoed God's proclamation in John 10:34.  Again every man and woman is a child of God therefore he is a 'god' made in God's image as stated in Gen 1:27

TWO: Broken god's create a broken world

As a whole very few people know or accept they are a 'god'.  Therefore the overwhelming majority of all the people in the world know nothing about the fact that they are a god and consequently walk in darkness.  And as a result all the foundations of the earth are shaken.  The earth was and has been given to man to rule and take dominion over.  However mankind can never rule the earth appropriately if he does not know or understand his identity

THREE: The likeness of immortality is restored as we restore the helpless

We will manifest the likeness of God as we embark upon providing life to the helpless.  Of course we know that life is the blood of Jesus and God ask us to apply the blood to the helpless via the following FOUR Cups criteria:

CUP 1) stop defending the unjust and showing partiality to the wicked
CUP 2) start defending the weak and the fatherless
CUP 3) uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed
CUP 4) rescue the weak and the needy and deliver them from the hand of the wicked

We are called to bring life to the helpless whom God defines as the:
- weak
- fatherless
- poor
- oppressed
- and the needy

The secrete to restoring the 'gods' likeness of immortality and living in the fullness of God's favor and glory is directly correlated with our intentional efforts to bring life to the helpless (Luke 3:7-18).  We 'gods' will defeat all sickness, disease, and yes even death itself, as we pour life into the helpless

Yes Amen and Amen!

I love you Lord and accept your proclamation to bring your living blood of Jesus to the helpless!

This interpretation has been derived from the following sacred scriptures: Ge 1:27;Jn 10:34; Ps 82

John the Baptist the Elijah who Was to Come

Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet whoever is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it. 13 For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John. 14 And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah who was to come. 15 Whoever has ears, let them hear.

Matthew 11:1-19; 17:1-13; Mark 9:2-13; Luke 9:1-34

"A Double Portion of Thy Spirit"
By David Pyles

Immediately prior to the time Elijah was caught up to heaven in the whirlwind, his younger understudy Elisha requested a double portion of Elijah's spirit (2Ki 2:9). Elijah being under the inspiration of God then replied that Elisha's request would be granted provided that the younger prophet were with him at the time he was taken away. The scriptures then record that this condition was fulfilled.
After reading of the spectacular career of Elijah, it is difficult to believe that any man could have a double portion of his spirit, yet it came to pass that exactly twice as many miracles were done in the ministry of Elisha as in that of Elijah. The miracles in the careers of these two men of God may be summarized thus:

Miracles in the Career of Elijah:

1) Causing the rain the cease for 3 1/2 years (1Ki 17:1)
2) Being fed by the ravens (1Ki 17:4)
3) Miracle of the barrel of meal and cruse of oil (1Ki 17:14)
4) Resurrection of the widow's son (1Ki 17:22)
5) Calling of fire from heaven on the altar (1Ki 18:38)

8) Prophecy that Jezebel would be eaten by dogs (1Ki 21:23)
9) Prophecy that Ahaziah would die of his illness (2Ki 1:4)
10) Calling fire from heaven upon the first 50 soldiers (2Ki 1:10)
11) Calling fire from heaven upon the second 50 soldiers (2Ki 1:12)
12) Parting of the Jordan (2Ki 2:8)
13) Prophecy that Elisha should have a double portion of his spirit (2Ki 2:10)
14) Being caught up to heaven in a whirlwind (2Ki 2:11)

Miracles in the Career of Elisha:

1) Parting of the Jordan (2Ki 2:14)
2) Healing of the waters (2Ki 2:21)
3) Curse of the she bears (2Ki 2:24)
4) Filling of the valley with water (2Ki 3:17)
5) Deception of the Moabites with the valley of blood (2Ki 3:22)
6) Miracle of the vessels of oil (2Ki 4:4)
7) Prophecy that the Shunammite woman would have a son (2Ki 4:16)
8) Resurrection of the Shunammite's son (2Ki 4:34)
9) Healing of the gourds (2Ki 4:41)
10) Miracle of the bread (2Ki 4:43)
11) Healing of Naaman (2Ki 5:14)
12) Perception of Gehazi's transgression (2Ki 5:26)
13) Cursing Gehazi with leprosy (2Ki 5:27)
14) Floating of the axe head (2Ki 6:6)
15) Prophecy of the Syrian battle plans (2Ki 6:9)
16) Vision of the chariots (2Ki 6:17)
17) Smiting the Syrian army with blindness (2Ki 6:18)
18) Restoring the sight of the Syrian army (2Ki 6:20)
19) Prophecy of the end of the great famine (2Ki 7:1)
20) Prophecy that the scoffing nobleman would see, but not partake of, the abundance (2Ki 7:2)
21) Deception of the Syrians with the sound of chariots (2Ki 7:6)
22) Prophecy of the seven-year famine (2Ki 8:1)
23) Prophecy of Benhadad's untimely death (2Ki 8:10)
24) Prophecy of Hazael's cruelty to Israel (2Ki 8:12)
25) Prophecy that Jehu would smite the house of Ahab (2Ki 9:7)
26) Prophecy that Joash would smite the Syrians at Aphek (2Ki 13:17)
27) Prophecy that Joash would smite Syria thrice but not consume it (2Ki 13:19)
28) Resurrection of the man touched by his bones (2Ki 13:21)

The Elijah Anointing is the name of the spirit that allows for the miracles and wonders of God to flow through mankind.  This spirit was a special gift designed by God to return the hearts of mankind back to his family and kingdom, to restore the trust and belief of man in God, and to provide aide to the innocent.  The following rules make up the nature of the Elijah Anointing:
- it was designed by God and initially given to the super prophet Elijah and this is why we call this spirit The Elijah Anointing
-  The Elijah Anointing is passed from person to person but must be done with sincere intention between the giver and receiver
- The Elijah Anointing may be given directly to the receiver from heaven without a Earthly giver as it was for Elijah and John the Baptist
- The Elijah Anointing varies in strength and the extent of this power is unknown as Jesus was the one who demonstrated the greatest level of its power and then stated that others would "do even greater things" than he had demonstrated.  We have yet to witness these great powers therefore we can expect very powerful people to perform great miracles in Jesus name in the future
- The Elijah Anointing is designed and intended to grow stronger as it is passed down from generation to generation
- The Elijah Anointing can manifest in different forms.  Most of the time all persons carrying The Elijah Anointing exhibit powers included in the what we call The promise land: Immortal Masters of Creation Rulers over Demons
- The Elijah Anointing is activated and sent from heaven to Earth under the conditions of compassion.  Compassion is why it was designed and the spirit of compassion is where if flows through.  Conversely the need for power, honor, glory and any other self feeding motive are not suitable for this spirit to rest.  It will only flow through those that operate from the need for compassion.

CommTrust the product of good staffing

CommTrust from a staffing perspective is what we sell to candidates and clients.  CommTrust is derived from the words communication and trust.   It is our everlasting endeavor to master the art of communication and to establish a pattern of integrity that results in a reputation of being trustworthy.

Definition
CommTrust is communicating beyond what is expected in a clear and attractive manner.  CommTrust is a retailer of trust.  The trust we sell is a fact that with God's help what ever we offer is reliable and steady.

How to establish CommTrust
The only way to establish CommTrust is to act and do because one loves.  Within the context of seder, discernment, and joy every task is completed out of a sincere desire to express love.  Love is the extra touch that is given to every task in effort to communicate care.  Care is the result of love.  Therefore we do because we care and we will go the extra mile to make sure every client and HCA knows they are cared for.

According to Revelation 19:11 our great king Jesus is called Faithful and True.  It is important to note that his name is not Faithful and True, this is what he is called!  A name or title is given but what people call you is what is earned.

We were created in the likeness of our great King Jesus therefore we with the aide of his Holy Spirit will also be called Faithful and True.

Jesus stated in Revelation 21:5...“Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

Jesus communicates and he extend trust.  Therefore we do the same!

PresePlace the Cornerstone to Revenue Maximization

All staffing and placement companies have access to a world of infinite revenue potential.  The purpose of this manual is to provide instructions on how to reap the benefits of this higher reaching realm.  In most any market including times of scarcity and abundance this plan will achieve optimal production that allows for maximal revenue potential.

There is a method of running a staffing unit that guarantees optimal market success that we have named PresePlace.

PresePlace is derived from the words presentation and placement.  Every staffing unit however that is defined for the agency needs at least one person in charge of PresePlace.   The manager of PresePlace meticulously and with great skill is an expert at three core task:
- averages at least one presentation every day
- 10 presentations pending at all times
- net an average of one placement each week

A steadfast unwavering commitment from the entire staffing unit to that formula is the answer to all market variances for a staffing or placement firm.  PresePlace is the cure for terminated or shrinking contracts, competitors, and capturing the infinite fortunes that are available in staffing.

Meaningful Presentation = the process
- presentation is matching a qualified nurse to a open job vacancy that is well advertised
- a qualified candidate is one who is immediately available for placement, has justifiable experience that matches the job requirements, and is willing to work the location and time required.  In most cases presenting nurses that have already worked for us or have submitted their credentials for hire are the best candidates for placements potential
- PresePlace starts with a strong commitment to developing relationships with qualified candidates that are in high demand
- presenting one candidate to multiple job opportunities is good and establishes a spirit of commitment to quality placements

The following are the types of job orders that are most suitable for PresePlace in order of effectiveness:
Grade A) BamaMedStaffing Job Board
           B) Current or prospective hot client need
           C) External Job Boards (i.e Indeed, Careerbuilder, etc)
           D) Reactivation clients

These are the following presentation formats in order of most to least optimal:
Grade A) full presentation including cover sheet, resume, and skill check list
           B) partial presentation including cover sheet and resume
           C) cover sheet only which always includes employee first name, last name initial, job classification, years of relevant experience, date available, shift available (i.e per diem, days, etc), and a brief but sincere statement of why the candidate is being recommended for the available position.

High grade presentation equates to meaningful matches that fulfill the need of both the candidate and the client.  A presentation that is not meaningful will result in poor outcomes including low presentation to placement ratios and the placements that are made will more than likely end in a failure to meet expectations.

Pending Placements = the objective
The objective is to maintain ten (10) pending placements at all times.  Pending placements are initiated when the client responds to a presentation with an active interest in pursuing the candidate.  Be sure to consistently follow up on pending placements and close the deal as quickly as possible.  Generally speaking a pending placement is less likely to be placed if the client has not hired the candidate within two to four weeks, six is really pushing it.  A candidate can only count toward one pending placement at a time.

Placements = outcome
Maintaining 10 or more true pending placements will result in at least 1 - 2 placements each week.  The actual outcome of the placement yield has a lot to do with the PresePlace managers ability to make meaningful presentations.  A placement can be arranged in either a direct placement, per diem, or long term staffing order.  We never focus on the cost of a placement.  We simply present ideas for consideration, capture the clients interest, and then figure the rest out later.

Following the after-mentioned recipe of PresePlace is a gurantee for achieving optimal market success assuming excellent customer service, integrity in operations, and consistently branding to a large client and candidate database.

The Personality and Character of Queen Babylon the Great

According to my interpretation of the book of Revelation the spiritual name of the capital city of Earth is Babylon.  Below is a comprehensive list of the nature and character of the ruling powers of Earth as I understand it from Revelation 14 - 19.

Babylon is a woman who:

- is great as she has unusual or considerable degree of power

- is a great prostitute, she is a woman who engages in sexual intercourse for money; she is a whore; a harlot.  She willingly uses her talent and ability in a base and unworthy way, usually for money.

- corrupts the earth and the inhabitants of the earth by the pleasure of the intoxication of adultery.  Babylon's primary attack on the earth is through the treason of marriages.  Adultery is voluntary having sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.   Babylon makes all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.  She overpowers exhilaration or excitement of the mind and emotions.  The wine of her adulteries leads to mental disturbance; deranged; insane; demented behaviors.  Also enraged; greatly a provoked or irritated; angry spirit.  A person abnormally furious; ferocious.  Madness is the end goal

- She is a great city.  It is large urban town with defined boundaries, and a local government made of kings of the earth and she is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth, she rules over the kings of the earth and the kings of the earth commit adultery, these kings have royal authority

- The city sits on a scarlet beast by many waters which are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.  Babylon in other words is in motion and she is not stationary.  It feeds on all sorts of people.

 - The kings of the Babylon are a scarlet (red) beast that is covered with blasphemous names. Impious utterance or action concerning God or sacred things an act of cursing or reviling God.  They show no respect or reverence for God.  They commit the crime of assuming to themselves the rights and qualities of God.  These kings express irreverent behavior toward anything held sacred.  They are reproachful, rail at, revile, and calumniate

- beast has seven heads and ten horns and it is the color scarlet.  The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.

- Babylon is dressed in purple and scarlet, glitters with gold, precious stones and pearls.  Meaning the appearance of Babylon will always appear majestic.

- holds a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.

- has a mysterious name written on her forehead: "Babylon the Great, the Mother of Prostitutes and of the Abominations of the Earth".  She is the source and cause of disgust and hatred on Earth.

- is drunk with the blood of God’s holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus

- is greatly astonishing, she is amazing, a wonder, and had in admiration

- is a dwelling for demons a home of fallen angels

- sins are piled up to heaven and God holds her accountable to crimes.  All the many sins of Babylon are being accounted as they are massive and visible to God!

- will and/or is to receive plagues.  Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.

- gives herself glory and luxury.  She givers herself great praise, extol, magnify, celebrate.  She boast of her own greatness and places herself high.  She lives a life in sumptuous and delicate style of living.  Entailing great expense, as from choice materials, fine work, etc.; costly:

- in her heart she boasts, ‘I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.’  She is prideful and does not hide it!

- kings of the earth who commit adultery with her and shared her luxury

- people buy their cargoes from merchants of the earth — cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and human beings so

- The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her

- her intentions is set to lead the nations astray and she uses the force of magic spells to accomplish her objective.  She administers drugs set on the intent of poisoning

she is a haunt for every:
- impure spirit
- unclean bird
- unclean and detestable animal

Babylon is a place:
- of music
- of tradesman
- with millstone
- lit by lamp that shines
- the voice of bridegroom and bride
- merchants are the worlds important people
- the merchants of the earth grow rich from her excessive luxuries
- of magic spells that lead nations astray
- were all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries
- where all who have ships on the sea became rich through her wealth

In her is the blood of prophets and God's holy people.  They have been slaughtered on the earth
