Kingdom of Jesus: Compensation Plan

Jesus our blessed king left us a clear detailed statement in the books of Matthew and Mark to know the expected rate of return on our investment into his Kingdom.  A person who wholeheartedly gives his life over to the word of Jesus Christ and serves on his team with unconditional love will receive the following

Seven Layer Compensation Plan:

1) Character of heart - according to the parable of the sower Christ Jesus will reward those who loving submit to his will a conditioned heart that is pliable for success.  Jesus will build your character in his likeness so that you may be suitable to receive the limitless blessing that are available in his company.   

Character includes freedom from fear, lust, pride, restlessness, and other spiritual bondage.  Character is built on foundation of a pure heart, longing for nothing but God, humility, zeal, discernment, joy, etc

The ability to love and be loved!  

2) The infrastructure of ability - Christ Jesus has but only two limits, the character and ability of you his servant.  These are the only two barriers that prevent our King Jesus from being able to provide us an out pouring of his unending wealth.  Christ Jesus will teach you how to increase your personal ability and that of the teams and/or organizations you are leading.  

Personal ability include: technical skill set, financial leverage, interpersonal aptitude, key relationships and contacts, resources, buildings, spaces, technology, equipment, supplies, intelligence, accounting, seder (organization and cleanliness)   

A kingdom man (male or female) spends the majority of his work resources and energy into building his personal infrastructure and that of his enterprise strong enough to handle additional increase God is looking to infill in his life.  Building a stronger infrastructure of ability is an ongoing perpetual task assigned to every person and organization within the kingdom of God.  The greatest asset of ability God will grant you is people.  Good people to serve in your purpose and good people to help you lead your God given mission.  

Keep in mind that the complete containment of God's blessing is not possible because his generosity is designed to always test the faith of his servants and it always overflows the cup.  So be accustomed to always facing infrastructure challenges.  Just as soon as you build one level of ability God brings additional opportunity that shatters the gates of the fence you just built =)  

Special note regarding the first and second levels of God's compensation plan: 

Character and ability are the only two limiting factors to allowing God to supply his unlimited blessing into every area of our lives especially in business.  That is why the first two sections, character and ability, in our Lord Christ Jesus compensation plan is the foundation for any success in his Kingdom.  All servants of Christ Jesus must spend more time in the development and maintenance of these areas and not on the score of rewards.  God provides the rewards and awards in exchange for ability and character.

3) Unexpected wealth and gifts - you will be given sizable financial gifts that will represent half or more of all the money or assets you will earn.  These gifts are an aspect of the Kings expression of love for you.    The amount of your gift is given to you in accordance with the first two levels of God's comp plan which again are character and ability.  You will receive unexpected monetary or material rewards in the form of unearned income and wealth.  They are God's gift to you to help you achieve more.   

Unexpected wealth and gifts include: bonuses, settlements, raises, commissions, appreciation, random cash and gifts, insurance payouts, financial aide from various people and organizations, favor, large contracts, job offers and orders, referrals, promotions, market demand, etc    

4) Work and care return (Gen 2:15) - according to Christ Jesus word each servant that is entrusted with God's wealth has the ability to double what ever is given to him.   Therefore expect the returns for your organization or occupation to double due to the work and care you have personally given to it. The citizens of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ are good workers who care for what they do and bring double returns on investment because the Holy Spirit resides within them.  Like Joseph the Vizier in Pharaoh's house kingdom leaders and laborers are in large demand and are sought out aggressively by world leaders.  

5) God's spoils - financial failures and business closures happen every day.  Although these events are unfortunate the broken pieces from the fall out remain in the market place as assets for others to glean.  Christ Jesus in his own timing and in his own reasoning will allow you to reap benefit from the loses of others.  This entire comp plan but especially the first, second, and fifth level of compensation is why Kingdom people and their associated business are depression and recession proof.     

Kingdom builders reap spoils during the following calamities: bankruptcy, divorce, death, closures, market declines, recession, contract loses, mergers, acquisitions, severe inclement weather, etc 

6) Rate of return - according to the word of our Lord Jesus Christ.   Every word he sows into a kingdom servant with whom has great character and ability will yield a rate of return of either 3,000, 6,000, or 10,000% of what Jesus sowed into that person.  Meaning for every single word or thought Christ Jesus planted into his trusted servant has the ability to be materially multiply by 30, 60, 100 times what was sown.

For example if God gives a business man the idea to open up a single business unit (i.e restaurant, store, outlet) then that business model has the potential to be multiplied by 30, 60, 100 times or more.  Every dollar blessed by God and passes through the hands of a faithful servant of Christ Jesus raises a crop of an additional $30, $60, $100, or more.  Again that is a financial rate of return of 3,000%, 6,000%, 10,000% and more.  

7) Eternal life returns - every effort or action from any and every person living on this side of life sows a negative or positive return in the next life.  The returns in the after life and in the New Jerusalem for the 'good' and 'faithful' servant of Christ Jesus will produce an eternal inheritance that 'no eye can see, no ear has heard, and no mind can perceive'.    

The aforementioned is the Seven Level Compensation Plan available for every Kingdom citizen of Christ Jesus our Lord and King ruler or all heavens and earth for forever more.  Praise be to God for his mercy enedureth forever and his love endures a thousand generations.

Reflection: Warren Buffet investment Principles

Well more than eleven (11) years ago I read as much about Warren Buffet as I could find.  My career from a business perspective is an investor.  I figure if I want to be the best investor then I need to learn from the best.  No doubt Warren Buffet is likely the single wises and wealthiest investor living today.  The following are my interpreted business principals that I learned from Mr. Buffet as well as a few other ideologies I've picked up along that way that have brought me to the point I am today and that I utilize to guide my career as a investor:

Rule 1 - never lose money 

Rule 2 - never lose money 

Rule 3 - never lose money 

Other the land or other natural resources always make sure a capable and vested lord stands between you and the investment.  It is only reasonable to hold 1 to 2 investments that you are the direct lord over.  It is best to Lord over one asset class that serves as what I will refer to as a cash cow.  For most people their cash cow is their job career.  

If you have to contribute anything more than cash to an asset then it's not an investment it's a job.  Jobs are good but do make sure you know which financial classification you truly want.

good investments are readily available however they are generally hidden and take significantly more patience and research to discover.       

therefore always perceive your career as an investment and as often as possible attempt to utilize it as the foundation of your investment portfolio    

never take for granted the size of the available funds available for investments.  All things start and end with the number zero.  'Big' or 'a lot' is always rooted in the 'little' 

never use 'size' as the reason to invest or the measure of your success.  Doing so leads to needless intimidation or conversely a spirit of complacency    

purchase investments with a marketing moat.  A moat is the unique aspect or position of the investment that protects it from being commoditized or overly price sensitive    

never purchase investments you don't understand and have a great appreciation for  

use debt sparingly.  When used have a plan to pay it off within two (2) years but certainly no more than five (5).  Use all or most of the returns from the investment to payoff associated debt before moving forward 

be a reader and know the market, research

buy great investments with a current sticker price significantly lower than its current and potential value 

make significant investments and avoid chipping at ideas.  If you are going to get into something than do it in a meaningful manner that makes a significant difference    

purchase investments with a long term hold position in mind.  Invest in assets from a partnership perspective 

it is best to have and seek first and foremost in a major cash cow asset that serves as the foundation of your investment portfolio.  The cow serves two functions first as the bread winner that provides for the stability of the house paying all the personal needs of the investor.  Lastly the cash cow kicks off enough income to not only pay for the personal needs of the investor but a portion is able to be set a side to invest in other assets.  Again for most a great career as an employee, sole proprietor, or partnership is the first cash cow.   

never increase your personal financial needs beyond one to two cash cows.  It is wise to use the after tax profits of your investments to pay off debt or buy more assets  

live modestly and spend far less on life than your ability.  This will strengthen the leverage of your cash cow 

seek opportunities to stay away from all long term debt or pay it off when ever possible 

seek assets that are either designed or have enough financial room to cover partners that carry the responsibility, effort, and liability associated with the opportunity.  The investor will take home less profit from the opportunity however this will allow you to focus your efforts on your cash cow and more importantly life outside of your financial career.       

each investment should lay seamlessly upon the others and not interfere with productivity of each other.  The time burden of your combined investments including cash cow should not exceed 50 hour each week.  Your personal efforts to manage your investments should become smaller and lighter over time.  

use time to your advantage as that is always the greatest and most scares commodity.  It is the only material resource no one can create more of or gain back.  Use time wisely and it will position you a head of the market.   

when ever possible try to purchase investments that will give greater leverage and or influence to your entire portfolio     

Be patient and wait for opportunities that fit your investment principals

Interpretation of Revelation 19:10

At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.” - Revelation 19:10 NIV

Facts:
#1) a testimony is something that is held
#1) a Spirit of prophecy exist
#2) the Spirit of prophecy bears testimony to Jesus

Testimony:
- the office committed to the prophets of testifying concerning future events
- give evidence as a witness in a law court
- a testimony is the craftsmanship and skill of a prophet.  Therefore the work of a prophet is to learn, observe, commune with the Holy Spirit, and then speak the truth of God's word to others in the time God calls it forth
- therefore 'prophet' by definition is an identify    

Therefore my interpretation of the angels word spoken in Revelation 19:10 translates as the following:

"The active learning, observing, and communion with the Holy Spirit regarding Jesus is what makes a prophet great it is what made me great.  Don't marvel at my greatness, because I have become what I am because of Jesus and my pursuit of him.  Point your worship to Jesus not me."

It appears that the great prophet John had a momentary lapse into the sin of idolatry and pointed his praise toward an angel of God. The angel quickly helped John redirect his worship away from himself and back to Jesus the source of how the angel came to be in the first place.    


Scripture inspirations

Time from God's Perspective

"But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day" 

- 2 Peter 3:8

Therefore 24 heavenly hours perceptually equals 41.67 earth years

This scripture 2 Peter 3:8 helps us put into perspective the intellect of the heavens.  Consider the following calculated interpretations. 

If a thousand years in heaven is liken to a day in the mind of God then the average lifespan of a human is liken to 2 days assuming the average person lives 80 earth years.  

A earthly year is liken to 34 minutes in heaven!  

It is very important that we always remember and keep to heart that we are not judged by the standard of mankind.  Our sins and transgressions are remembered as if they happened yesterday.  In other words the life of a person last generally 2 hours.  Therefore each person has two hours to align his likeness into the image of Jesus and be judged for his eternal placement God's kingdom.
